Being easy to myself

Sometimes, I found I pushed myself hard. I need to work long hours. I wish to get my work done in very high standard. I am so tired. I need to be easy to myself

a strange day

Last night, I had a nightmare. I wake up 5:50am this morning. This morning, I went to office, a collegue told me I looked so serious. …..

I think I treated myself too bad. Then I left my office at 4pm. I rent a DVD, Prime. I watched a movie and ate a better dinner.

Now , I need to have a good sleep.

Cold, Cold , Cold

Cold, Cold, Cold….., so easy to get cold.

I just got up so cold today.

I am turning into a cat.

Today, canned tuna is on special again. I bought around ten cans. Moreover, I have still stocks at home. Last week, I had four days lunch eating tuna. I think I am turning into a cat.

Cold->Warm->Hot->Cold again

The weather in brisbane is very easy to get a cold.

At the moringing is cold and around 10 am is getting warm.

Noon , that is a bit hot.

At night , that is cold again. I need to turn on my heater in my room.
