a real on-shore call center
I phoned to an airline regarding my travel to sydney. The staff asked where I will stay, I said that may be Chatswood, then he introduce some good resturants to me. OOOOOO, that sounds like a real aussie staff, he is from off-shore call center. That is so great! A lot of call centers are off shore now. Generally, their services are not very presonal and do not understand some legal requirements. For example, I have asked for a report from a call center of my bank. I have reminded them the report must sent by a date. I needed for tax return. But, they seemed to be not very understand how was the important about that!
